Your new company
This organisation has been set up as a global IT support hub for their global manufacturing operations. They are now looking to add a Workday Business Analyst to their team to continue to improve their in-house capabilities in terms of providing support.

Your new role
You will be working closely with the HR stakeholders in defining and implementing core business functions in their global HR system. You will also be part of the integration project between the global Workday solution and the local payroll systems. You will provide support and handle change requests from the key business users around the world.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you'll need to have:

• Understanding of HR business processes

• Experience in supporting the Workday solution, which includes configuration and/or Workday Integration
• Solid track record of involvement in roll-out projects for HR solutions
