Your new company
You will be joining a European company that specializes in the manufacturing industry which was founded over a century ago. To align with their business plans, they are looking for an excellent leader - Warehouse Manager to increase efficiency and add value to their warehousing functions at their Melaka plant.

Your new role
As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
• Overseeing inventory management, distribution planning, transport and manpower management
• Liaise closely with Production team to coordinate the workflow and movement on inventories by ensuring the finished goods inventories are transferred from production to warehouse per a determined schedule
• Ensure proper execution by ensuring the quality and quantity of finished goods are delivered to end customers per delivery timeline to fulfill customer’s requirements
• Oversee manpower management by conducting relevant training and guidance to team members to execute daily operational tasks
• Able to effectively communicate and work closely with internal and external stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed
Key requirements:
• At least 10-15 years managing Warehouse, Logistics and Supply Chain
• Experienced in a manufacturing environment
• Possess a Diploma or Degree in relevant field
• Possess excellent leadership skills and able to lead team members
