A market leading financial services provider based in Kuala Lumpur is on the hunt for a VP of Recruitment to join their growing Human Resource team.
Your new role
As the VP of Recruitment, your key responsibilities would include:
- Taking part in strategic planning of recruitment, including identifying, designing, executing, evaluating and refining the hiring plans
- Managing a team to maintain talent pipelines and explore new sourcing tool and recruiting software
- Organising recruitment events to establish strong employer branding and participating in employee engagement programme
- Overseeing and improving the overall candidate experience
- Promoting diversity by ensuring that our recruitment strategies attract candidates from diverse backgrounds
What you'll need to succeed
In order to qualify for this role you must have:
- A minimum of 10 years experience in Talent Acquisition
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience handling bulk recruitment, from either financial services, consulting firm or shared services background
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to inspire and lead a team, to promote excellent candidate experience through out the recruitment process
