One of the global leading Insurance company located in Klang Valley is seeking for a competent Business Transformation Manager. Due to heavy investment in current projects and major business expansion, extra talents are required to enhance their current operation.
Your new role
You will be expected to implement and drive operational efficiency, business transformation initiatives and process/ productivity improvement initiatives to promote continuous improvement & transformation in the company.
What you'll need to succeed
What you'll get in return
- Preferably 4-6 years of working experience with minimum 3 years of working experience in the space of Project Management, Business Analysis or Change Management.
- Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma tools for Process Improvement: i.e Value Stream Mapping is a must.
- Possess efficient communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective communications with people of all levels.
- Decision making skills alongside with analytical skills is well preferred.
