Your new role
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you’ll be at the forefront providing management expertise on Production and Technician training and driving key discussions on TNA with stakeholders. You will also ensure the company’s mastership of required technical standards in product and processes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum Degree in any discipline or with equivalent experience with aviation background
• Prior experience in a similar industry, such as aviation or manufacturing.
• Previous experience in budgeting for training.
• Aviation knowledge is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
