What you'll need to succeed
  • Be able to create Training modules for retail sales teams and in-house teams alike.
  • Be able to travel to other regions to conduct training (occasionally)
  • Soft Skill Training: Leadership, Sales, Service, Organization skills etc.
  • Handle Training Plans, Scheduling, and Communication
  • Has a good command of English
  • Needs to speak well and look presentable
