Your new role
As a key member of the team, you'll be trusted with handling end to end recruitment processes. You'll be required to support the team with their volume hiring to facilitate the talents coming into the organisation and manage partnership with recruitment.
What you'll need to succeed
- Ideally you will have at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment preferably within the IT/Technology or Digital space.
- Prior experience in volume hiring and participation in career fairs will be an asset
- An eye for detail and possessing excellent communication skills
- Possess strong knowledge of end to end recruitment processes and activities
