Your new company
You will a part of an elite retail company who has been in the business over decades ago. In line with their growth plans, they are looking a Supply Chain Manager to lead their logistics, warehousing, and inventory division.
Your new role
As the Supply Chain Manager, you are expected to be equally strategic minded and operational. Your core responsibilities include leading the logistics and operations functions in import & export, inventory planning, warehouse & inventory control and order fulfilment. You will also negotiate/maintain best possible rates and service levels for all inbound shipments and nominate 3
rd party logistics (3PL). You will be supported by your Logistics Manager to ensure smooth warehouse & distribution operations. You will also advise on E-commerce supply flow & fulfillment, processes and operations based on your industry knowledge and experience.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar background will lead you to success, as will:
- At least 5-8 years of experiences in the Retail or FMCG line
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or relevant field
- Proficient in SAP, ERP and/or Excel
- Strong stakeholder management and strategic mindset
