Your new role
You will be participating in discussions with the business and program managers to understand the scope of work, rules and procedures to prepare documentation outlining the solution to address the organization’s pain points. You will also be involved in managing stakeholders – both external and internal.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you’ll need to have:
• A solid understanding of business analysis, requirements gathering and design techniques
• Experience in delivering projects in financial services industry – insurance and banks
• Effective communication skills
• Preferably 2 to 3 years of professional experience
