Software Engineer for an MNC machine maker based in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.

This prestigious heavy machinery manufacturing company based in Melaka require a hands-on Software Senior Engineer to join its global, dynamic business.

Key responsibilities:
  • Analyse software requirements to determine feasibilities to meet customers’ specifications.
  • Developing and maintaining software with focus of user interface, tools and middleware.
  • Support installation & qualification at customer site.
  • Provide software support and assistance to customers and conduct evaluation to find solutions to customers’ modification requests.
  • Support installation & qualification at customer site.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Master/Degree in Engineering in related fields (computer science, electronics, knowledge on automated systems or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years expertise/experience in Graphical User Interface programming.
  • Strong expertise in object-oriented programming (C++/C#/Python/etc)
  • Good in database, script, user interface and multithreading programming.
  • Willing to travel up to 30% of your time.
