YOUR NEW ROLE
You will be responsible to plan and drive Business Development Growth by securing new prospects. You will be counted on to increase existing market share in driving growth on Health & Benefits related insurance classes

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• At least 8 - 9 years of working experience under New Business Development
• Strong knowledge in Health & Benefits related insurance classes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven personality
