A multinational Financial Services Provider based in Malaysia, our client offers an innovative and supportive work environment where career progression and development are actively encouraged. Due to organisational growth and further expansion, a role has been created for a UX/UI Manager.

Your new role
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of their digital product solutions for Web. You will be at the forefront of designing an innovative and exciting product. You will be hands-on in designing as well as helping to lead an external team of designers and developers. You will also be assisting and providing expertise, working closely with Head of Digital Innovation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Work experience of over 3 years in UX/UI Design
• Strong understanding of conducting and executing UX/UI deliverables, e.g. user research, user flow, user testing, wireframing, prototyping
• Strong portfolio of design projects across web platforms
• Comfortable in being hands-on as an individual contributor
