This company is one of the largest E-Commerce marketplaces in the APAC region, with clients from governments, banks, insurers, car manufacturers, and the largest infrastructure and constructions companies in the region. Locally, Malaysia is also home to their Centre of Excellence for Technology and Transformation where they are building a sophisticated next-generation product to service the region. Due to this huge growth on the way, they are now looking for a Senior UX Designer to join their team in Malaysia!

Your new role
As the Senior UX Designer, you will be working within the User Experience team and will have a chance to develop your career in the fields of research, design, and design management (DesignOps). The successful candidate will be a key contributor for the growth of their Design Systems and product portfolio which contains innovative technology ranging from their website all the way to their bespoke enterprise applications and systems.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience in UX-heavy processes e.g. user research, usability testing, A/B testing, etc.
• Experience working on large scale/enterprise UX is highly advantageous
• Mentor and advocate for HCD thinking methods and best practices across the design teams
