Your new role
As the senior member of the team, you will be managing the end to end recruitment process specifically focusing on the most senior vacancies in the organisation. You will also be managing a team of recruiters while continuously improving the Talent Acquisition process.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experienced in end to end recruitment preferably within the banking or financial services sector
• Experienced in managing a team to drive the recruitment activities
• Well versed in managing key business stakeholders
