You will be working with a reputable shared service centre based in Selangor, that is looking for a Senior TA Manager.

Your new role
This role would require you to lead a team of 5-7, to take care of mass hiring within the shared service environment. Candidate would also need to strengthen the Employer Branding pillar, and lead digitalisation project for recruitment process.

What you'll need to succeed

• Hands on recruitment experience especially in the technology space
• Solid exposure in employer branding
• people management experience for at least a team of 3.

What you'll get in return
The role would allow candidate to gain regional exposure in this portfolio. Candidate will be compensated up to RM25,000 per month, and other benefits that comes along in the package.
