Senior Sales Manager - Fertiliser

Opportunity with a global fertiliser producer and distributor.

Your new company
You will be attached to an international employee who is looking to expand it's fertiliser business in Malaysian market.

Your new role
Your reporting line would be the Sales Director. Your responsibilities consists of:
  • Introducing new clients to the business
  • To communicate with existing clients and manage incoming order/call and emails
  • To grow the full potential of the sales team.
  • To hire, train, grow and nurture the sales team.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fertiliser.
  • Experience in customer relations and retention.
  • Ability to develop sales and marketing plans for fertiliser products in the Malaysian market.
  • Having good database of existing customers in fertiliser business.
