Your new company
You will be joining a globally established company based in Selangor and they are currently looking a Strategic Leader to manage their logistics and distribution operations by means of continuous improvement, automation of process and leading cost saving initiatives with the aim to enhance daily productivity levels.
Your new role
As a Senior Manager, Warehouse & Logistics, you will lead the setup of the distributions centre which includes implementation of strategies with aims to create a fully functional and efficient warehouse environment. You will lead the warehouse and distribution operations to ensure KPIs are achieved at the required company’s standards and policies. You are also responsible in closely liaising with government agencies to obtain relevant permits etc.
What you'll need to succeed
- A solid background and experienced managing warehouse & logistics operations
- Experience setting up a new DC
- Strong background in strategic planning and continuous improvement
- Excellent leadership skills and stakeholder management skills
