Your new role
You will be leading a team for technology consulting in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You are responsible with providing the functional solution for CRM IT strategies and solution designs. You will be overseeing implementation projects for CRM Sales and Services by providing technical expertise. You will be collaborating with the software development team to design CRM IT architecture solutions according to business requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in technology consulting for CRM in the financial services sector.
• Good functional understanding of CRM Sales, Services and Marketing.
