This prestigious FMCG company based in Kuala Lumpur require a hands-on, Senior Legal Counsel to join its global, dynamic business.

Your new role
You’ll be responsible for developing an improved understanding of FMCG and commercial regulations, advising and assisting on emerging products’ matters and regulatory affairs, overseeing, and assisting on legal challenges. Along with it, you’ll be responsible for advising on matters related to the business’ operations in Malaysia and Australia as well as Singapore.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Qualified lawyer with minimum of 8 years PQE
• Has experience in drafting and reviewing general commercial contracts in English
• Have working knowledge of commercial law, company law, competition law
• Have strong inter-personal, oral, and written communication skills
• Have the ability to understand FMCG business, its strategies, its people and its organizational structures
