A local manufacturing company with a global presence is currently looking to expand their HR Team and is currently looking for a Senior HRBP Manager to join their team.
Your new role
As the Senior HRBP Manager you will be responsible of the whole HR department and working with internal stakeholders to develop best HR Processes and Policies for the organisation. In addition to that, you will also be in-charge of ensuring the whole HR processes are being implemented to ensure effective implementation.
What you'll need to succeed
What you need to do now
- At least 12 years of working experience.
- Has experience leading a team.
- Strong knowledge in HR Operations and Policies.
- Has managed a big portfolio previously.
- Experience working in a Manufacturing industry would be an added advantage.
