Senior Compliance Manager

Your new company
You’ll be working for a reputable market-leader who is looking for a Senior Compliance Manager to be based in Selangor. With a strong reputation and an aggressive growth plan, they are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Compliance.

Your new role
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to communicate new/ changes in requirements to Group and related regulatory requirements. Obtain early comments/ concerns and resolve/ highlight such comments, especially in relation to challenges in implementation within the allowed timeline.
  • Provide ongoing compliance support and advice on day-to-day operations in compliance with the Company’s compliance framework, including new business initiatives, products and projects, outsourcing arrangements and third-party arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain compliance framework and policies to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.
  • Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, procedures and guidelines to ensure all significant Compliance risks are identified and managed appropriately.·
  • Provide regulatory compliance trainings for staff.
  • Drive and/or participate in projects to implement internal policies or regulatory requirements.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Degree in any discipline
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Minimum 3 -5 years of managerial experience with responsibility for managing compliance function. Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, through all levels of the organization
  • Good leadership skills, with the ability to see the big picture without losing attention to detail
