Senior Business Intelligence Manager

Your new company
An award-winning global company with flexible working arrangements is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Manager to be part of the pioneering team of a new business analytics function within the organization.

Your new role
As one of the pioneers, you will be responsible to:
  • Serve as a senior advisory to senior level customer & client operation teams across the company.
  • Work with internal & external stakeholders to strategize solutions, monitor & assess operations performance.
  • Provide leadership to help grow company's business intelligence and analytics capabilities by mentoring and leading junior data and analytic resources.
  • Work with technical teams to define analytic products and services roadmap to ensure solution quality.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Demonstrated strong capability in storyboarding, problem definition, problem solving techniques and solution presentations in concise visualisation formats.
  • Experience in conceptualising, designing, developing, testing, implementing and supporting agile data analytics platforms to support analytical initiatives of internal or external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated sound understanding of BI best practices and analytic solutions expertise such as knowledge of relational database models, ETL architecture, and data modelling, machine learning, AI and advanced analytics.
  • Consulting background and Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
