A market leading financial services provider based in Kuala Lumpur is on the hunt for a Process Improvement candidate to join their growing Operational Excellence team

Your new role
You will oversee stakeholder management – to keep them informed about any service interruption and ways to minimise business impact. You will be monitoring all components operations and performance to ensure resources are optimised. Aside from this, you will also be required to document necessary requirements and process workflows

What you'll need to succeed

• Solid experience working on process improvement projects, using RPA as a solution
• Good understanding and hands on experience in documenting business requirements, having the ability to propose solutions or workaround is essential
