This prestigious insurance company based in Malaysia is famous for its aspirational and exceptional life insurance coverage. Due to market growth, the company requires a Section Head under Agency Sales Training Department, to join its global dynamic business.

YOUR NEW ROLE
You will be counted on to review and revamp Agency Sales Training Programme on Leadership /Soft Skills, as well as conduct training to the Agency Force. You will be working closely with the Head of Faculty in formulating training module. You will also be given an opportunity to lead a small team with 3 direct report trainers


WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience in Agency Sales Training
• Well-versed in conduct Leadership or Soft Skills training is a must
• Experienced in supervising a small team of 1 - 2 will be an added advantage
• Good command of written and spoken in English, BM and Mandarin
• Sales Training candidate from Financial Services industry are welcome to apply - Insurance/ Banking/ Asset Management
