You will be responsible for:
  • Leading a telesales team and setting, coaching, performance monitoring of telesales representatives
  • Ensure team members close telesales
  • Ensure call quality through frequent call monitoring etc

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have:
  • Strong leadership skills - prior experiences in leading a telesales team in solution selling
  • Exceptional thinking, strategic, and problem solving skills
  • Mindset - hungry and great work attitude
  • Background - from a fast pace environment. more outbound than inbound ideally have managed about 5 to 6 telesales people.
