Your new role
You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and working with distributors and key value-added reseller to drive new business and retain existing customers. You will be required to motivate and energize the channel partners, develop sales and marketing initiatives with key partners to increase monthly sales revenue.

To ensure your success within this role, you will possess:

- 3-5 years channel sales, solution selling or project selling experience in IT industry, prefer with Government sector customer experience, experience with local famous IT networking distributors or vendors is a plus.
- Aggressive, dynamic, result-oriented, and strong achievement motivation.
- High integrity, target focused and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
