Your new role
You will be reporting to the Branch Manager. Your responsibilities would consist of:

• Thorough preparations of advertisements and promotional initiatives and budgeting
• Coming up and Managing events, roadshows, exhibitions and launchings of promotions
• Thorough analyzation of new markets and emerging trends and recommendations of new products and services
• Presentations of prospects and developments to customers and clients to close and bring in sales
• To implement own strategic objectives, to achieve the portfolio’s/company’s revenue budget/target
• As a result of an ever-changing market, being able to identify opportunities for sales
• To identify all opportunities to be focused on within the coverage area that will contribute to the achievement of the revenue and profit budget.
• Suggesting and cultivating lasting strategic partnerships
• Responsible and in charge of in visiting existing and new customers, contractors, and consultants with the dealers/project team to follow up on projects, responsible in assisting in supply or apply issues, resolve bottom-line concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conducting and carrying out strategically focused plans resulting in growth, long term

What you'll need to succeed
To ensure your success within this role, you will possess:

• Must have experience dealing with Distributors and Retail
• Minimum 8 years of relevant sales experience in the Paint/Building Materials Industry
• Previous Background in Senior Business Development/ Sales Role within Paint/Building Materials
• Large experience in Sales team management
• Bachelors’ Degree in Business and Management
• Good command and Writing in English, BM and Chinese
