You will be employed and working for a reputable multinational company under Finance Shared Services as a RTR Specialist (Thai) based in Selangor. Your new role Working as a part of a friendly Finance Shared Services Centre team, you will be handling and responsible for Report to Record including the following :
- Process invoices from 3 ways matching to payment, ensure timely and accurate posting and payment
- Process staff claim by verifying supporting document and staff entitlement, ensure timely and accurate staff disbursement
- Other specific accounting activities
What you'll need to succeed
- Proficiency in Thai and English language (reading, writing and speaking)
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools such as Excel, Word, Power point will be a bonus
- Experienced in Accounting/ Finance field
- Academic background in Finance/Accountancy will be a bonus!
- Able to perform in a fast paced and pressured environment
