You will be joining a global leader in the metal engineering industry. They are currently looking for a Regional Supply Chain Manager to lead their supply chain operations across the SEA region.
Your new role
You will be reporting to the SEA Director, to lead the Procurement and Supply Chain Operations function for SEA, with the objective of leading a best-in-class team, capable of delivering value in an efficient and effective manner and supporting our growth strategy in this region. You will be responsible for the day to day operational
buying, ensure supply security, commercial management, team performance management, supplier
relationship management. You will also be in charge of Supply Chain and Distribution management for SEA including product sourcing based on demand planning, inventory management, quality assurance, warehousing & distribution function, management of external manufacturing, procurement and etc.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar manufacturing background will lead you to success, as will:
- Regional supply chain experience from manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding in end-to-end supply chain process.
- Working Capital management experience, able to manage P&L impacts and streamline regional SCM.
- ERP experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
- Possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering (Others), Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
