You will be working in a reputable FMCG that is looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Your new role
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for candidates including candidate tracking and scheduling of the candidate through the recruitment process, providing first line screening, managing interview schedules for candidates and hiring managers.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 3 years of experience handling regional recruitment activities
- Resourceful to find any other platform to drive the recruitment activities
- Able to analyse information and data provided.
What you'll get in return
You will be rewarded up to RM8,000 per month, this role will allow candidate to expose to regional recruitment activity.
