This client is a FMCG company with global presence, they are looking for a HR Change & Communication Manager to join their regional HR team.
Your new role
You will be collaborating with the global transformation team in cascading down various projects within the region. This includes coordination, engagement & communication with the relevant Business Units from various countries.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will need:
- Experience in HR transformation/change management project
- hands-on experience in communication within change management
- HR background with at least 7 years experience
