Hays has been selected as an exclusive partner with a Global US Fortune 150 MNC to find their next Global Head of Order-To-Cash (OTC) parked within their KL Finance Shared Services Centre.

Your new role

• Lead a regional team of 80 headcounts across end to end Order to Cash responsibilities.
• Functions include Billing, Cash App, Credit & Collections, Master Data, Dispute Management.

• Design and implement new process flows and streamlining/ CI ideas within the centre.
• Partner with C-Suite Stakeholders/ MD/ Commercial Directors and Sales VPs across ASIA.
• Ability & agility to navigate into supplier services in the future.

What you'll need to succeed

• End to end OTC & AR experience in a similar capacity within SSC.
• Proven lead in successful CI/ Automation/ Lean Six Sigma Projects.
• Leadership of at least 25-30 headcounts is a must.
• Impeccable fluency in English (this role reports into US).

What you'll get in return

• Salary equivalent to that of a Shared Services Finance Head, (up to 400K/annum)
• High visibility as this role reports into Group CFO -1.
• Complete ownership on how you will run OTC Tower.
