Your new role

• Review & Support for establishing Operation Manual with SOO, plant operating strategy
• Review & Support for establishing Maintenance Manual with Spare parts / consumables Stocks list
• Monitor the utilities & solar system production outputs vs targets, related KPI’s trends with gap analysis,
• Monitor and ensure compliance to maintenance schedules and routine maintenance on utilities & solar systems

What you'll need to succeed

• Total of 7-8 years’ experience in industrial, energy or power sector for O&M - Project management
• 4-5 years’ experience within the thermal utilities sector with O&M team management (3-4 direct reports)
• Experience in field leading O&M standards setup, field testing commissioning of steam or cooling plant
• Knowledge and experience in instrumentation, control, regulation & automation would be an advantage
