Your new role
- As a key member of the team, you’ll be trusted with the end-to-end recruitment and hiring for the business
- You’ll oversee the development and implementation of talent acquisition processes
- In this leadership role, you will directly impact the business by utilising your business stakeholder management skills by connecting directly to the Group HR Talent Acquisition Manager
What you'll need to succeed
To ensure your success within this role you will possess:
- At least 5-7 years of experience recruiting across all levels
- Previous experience recruitment within the marketing industry would be considered an added advantage
- The ability to maintain a commercial approach to every aspect of your role and lead from the front
- Demonstrate the ability to manage key business stakeholders
