My client is a market leader in the food & beverage industry with distinguishable products known to the mass market. They are looking for a production manager with experience managing production operations and has potential to be a future Plant Manager.

Your new role
In this new vacancy, you will be responsible in leading a production floor on daily activities to ensure output meets demand with quality products and on-time delivery. In order to do so, you will be managing production plan, establish priorities, work with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate and eliminate risks.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Engineering with minimum 5 years' managerial position
• A fair understanding in manufacturing cost structure and Lean 6 Sigma will be preferred
• Ability to read & converse in Mandarin is an added advantage for business requirement
