Your new role
As a Production Engineer, you would be required to

• Assist the Factory Manager ton plan and organize machineries and manpower arrangements
• Handle production quotas and recommend process improvement to acheive higher efficiency
• Liaising with various departments to ensure smooth production schedules
• Implement cost saving practices and manpower arrangements
• Work well as a team to achieve production KPI's

What you'll need to succeed
A strong background in production and manufacturing practices as well as a strong ability in learning new skills, strong analytical skills and interests in machinery
