Due to market growth, the company requires a Process Excellence candidate to be based in Petaling Jaya to join its dynamic business.
Your new role
You will be responsible to execute the strategic transformation agenda for local market and key initiatives by partnering with technology teams and business stakeholders. You will be tasked to implement process improvement initiatives across the business and conduct change management duties including Business Change Impact assessment, change readiness and training.
What you'll need to succeed

- Prior experience in business analysis
- Experience in doing process improvement projects would be an added advantage; Familiar with DMAIC methodology
- Experience in working on insurance digital/process improvement project
