- Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- 3 - 5 years experience running plant operations
- Achievements involving troubleshooting and resolving challenges, running improvement initiatives and cost saving activities will be a major plus point
- Proactive, driven and a good collaborative spirit
- Travel flexibility within Selangor
