Your new role
Reporting to the CHRO, you will be responsible for both compensation and benefits and performance management framework. You will contribute to the growth of the business through building up C&B and performance management structure. The ability to communicate with the business and key stakeholders is vital.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience in a similar role using your knowledge and experience to design and implement C&B and performance management structure.
  • The ability to liaise with stakeholders within the organisation.
  • Strong experience building up the C&B framework from scratch.
