Your new role
An overall look on what is expected of a payroll and reporting executive would be,
• Responsible to prepare and process monthly payroll for the company’s’ employees such as compiling, calculating overtime/ allowances input, offshore or onshore claims, statutory payment, tax related, employee’s benefits etc.
• In charge of generating relevant payroll reports for Management or Operations team, assist in preparing adhoc reports as required by the Management and prepare journal entries for Finance team on payroll account reconciliations.
• To process accurate and timely year-end reporting, e.g. E & EA form and follow up with relevant parties (Finance & Admin) on getting the relevant input such as petrol, phone bill and etc.
• Liaison with tax agents and principals on all tax matters related (e.g. register new expatriate, process tax clearance for leavers, prepare monthly and yearly tax filing and etc.) to expats/foreigners.

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for the role, you are required to fulfil a few criteria starting from,
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or any relevant field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in handling end to end processes of payroll.
• Expertise in employment legislation and statutory requirements.
• Computer literacy, analytical, problem-solving skill, attention to detail and well versed in Microsoft Office.
• Experience/knowledge in HRIS-Kaizen is an advantage.
