Your new role

• Strong working experience with matters pertaining to M&A matters
• Provide excellent legal advice on matters pertaining to the laws and regulations governing major sectors of the country's economy.
• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts amongst other legal matters
• Managing and liaising with clients alongside business development

What you'll need to succeed

• 5-8 PQE
• Mergers & Acquisition experience
• Experience in Corporate exercises
• Draft, amend and review legal documentations related to the company's business and stakeholders.
