Our client is a renown telecommunications provider and they are on the hunt for an Organisational Design Senior Specialist to join their HR team.
Your new role
As the Org Design Senior Specialist, you will be tasked with the following:
What you'll need to succeed
- Developing strategies, tools methodologies for org design and providing end to end support to Heads of Business and HRBPs with the implementation of said strategies.
- Building and refining Change Management strategy and policies, identifying risks and mitigation tactics with implementation of Change Management strategies.
- Provide coaching and training to employees, provide reporting to the senior management and project teams.
In order to qualify for this role, you will need:

- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Excellent strategic thinking capabilities and ability to have high level strategic conversations with key senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently.
