My client is a leading semicon manufacturer specializing in back-end services in search of a well experienced and capable people leader to lead their manufacturing operations. Successful candidates should come with EOL / FOL experience and/or tool and die experience.

Your new role
In this new vacancy, you will be responsible in leading a production, maintenance, process and technical departments to ensure output meets demand with quality products and on-time delivery. In order to do so, you will be managing production plan, establish priorities, work with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate and eliminate risks. This is an opportunity where you will also be responsible to manage operations and financial performance of your business unit.

What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this position, technical capability in managing production operations at a high level is essential with leadership experience in people management. Some key expectations include:

• Degree in Engineering with minimum 5 years' managerial position
• Tool & die knowledge and experience
• Ability to read & converse in Mandarin is an added advantage for business requirement
