Your new role
You will be

• Leading a growing Order to Cash team of 37 overseeing sub-pillars such as Billing, Cash Application, AR Reporting, Contract Management, Collections.
• Discussing and spearheading Process improvement, RPA implementation, System Enhancement projects
• Supervising Service migrations, stabilisations, and adherence to team KPI/ SLA.
• Curating Employee Engagement.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5-7 years in an OTC Leadership position in an SSC.
• Strong familiarity in finance ERP (SAP, ORACLE)
• Self-driven, motivated and proactive personality.
