A world top-tier Multi-national company is looking for a Manager, Regional Business Support & Admin to join their global team based in Kuala Lumpur. This company is one of the world's leading global business professional services firms and have a strong brand in the market across 6 continents worldwide. They are now looking for an experienced Manager to help setting up their regional business support team.
Your new role
As a Manager in Regional Business Support & Admin, you'll be managing a team of 30-35 members in delivering administrative services for their regional offices. You'll be in charged in resource planning & management, recruitment, training and ensuring the operation and service delivery as per the global standard. As a manager, you'll also have chance to work with the global leader at a regional level, to continuously drive change for the business.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent leaderships skill and have experience in leading a big team
- Be an excellent communicator with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders at a regional level.
- Experienced in working within Shared Service/ BPO or contact centre environment.
- Experience in working with stakeholders at a regional level.
- Administration or executive support exposure will be a great bonus.
