You’ll be working for a reputable market leader within the insurance and finance industry who is looking for an IT Project Manager to be based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. Your new role:
In this job, you’ll be responsible for improvements in the planning and delivery process through consistent data collection and maintenance to enable informed decision-making up to Group Senior Management level (Director & above). This is achieved by leading the implementation & continuous improvement of guidelines, processes, & templates, as well as practical, hands-on delivery support to the Group Engineering & Delivery (GE&D) department.

What you’ll need to succeed:
To ensure your success within this role, you will need to be able to:

• Between four to seven years of work experience at a minimum, with a minimum of two years in a business analysis role and two in a managerial role.
• Experience in managing others would be preferable.
• Portfolio, programme and /or project management certifications such as MoV®, MSP®, PRINCE2®, MoP®, AgilePM® are highly desirable
• Other IT Management and technical certifications and /or licenses such as ITIL® V4, TOGAF® 9, Cloud Architect and Design etc. will be most valued.
• A great track record of successful application of at least one of the qualifications mentioned.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills, i.e.comfortable with a broad range of stakeholders at different levels of seniority, organisation skills, attention to detail, highly analytical, and able to deliver in full and on time (and deliver through others) under minimum supervision.
• The ability to speak Mandarin will be an advantage to facilitate meetings (not mandatory)
