Your new role
You will be responsible for managing the department's daily operations and productivity level according to the service standard, particularly in the areas of Policy and Certificate Servicing, in providing effective and efficient operational services to other divisions of the organisation. You will also manage and implement projects for system enhancement and process improvement, as well as constantly reviewing and resolving service gaps.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 10 years of work experience in Life Insurance/Takaful Operations with leadership experience
• Policy Processing/Policy Administration/Policy Servicing experience is preferred
• System enhancement and project management experience
• Knowledge in Shariah Application to Takaful or Islamic Finance will be an added advantage
