Your new role

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible to manage the group’s outsourcing program. You will need to review reports and assessments from outsourcing service providers and follow up with contract owners to ensure that annual performance assessments are conducted in accordance to BNM policies and guidelines. You will also perform on site visits with contract owners to ensure functions outsourced are in accordance with requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

To ensure your success within this role, you will possess:

• At least 4 years of outsourcing experience in Financial Institution

• An eye for detail with great interpersonal skills

• Strong knowledge and passion in outsourcing / risk management will be necessary
