Your new role

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible to oversee the group’s BASEL / BNM’s CAFIB Framework, ICAAP, Stress Test and other risk functions when required. You will perform Stress Testing and conduct ICAAP implementation and documentation of the group. You will prepare Pillar 3 disclosures and compute Total Capital Ratio for BNM’S CAFIB submission. Not only that, you will also develop and review the group’s ESG risk policy to identify and measure the group’s sustainability risk exposure. With that, you are also responsible to lead the department with BNM and Basel’s climate change risk requirements for ICAAP, Stress Test and Pillar 3 disclosure and ensure the group is complied with existing requirements / approaches.

What you'll need to succeed

To ensure your success within this role, you will possess:

• At least 5 years of experience in ICAAP / Stress Testing / CAFIB in FI
• Knowledge in ESG / Climate Risk would be an added advantage
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with an eye for detail
