This prestigious insurance company based in Malaysia is famous for its aspirational and exceptional life insurance coverage. Due to market growth, the company requires a Manager under Agency Sales Training Department, to join its global dynamic business.

YOUR NEW ROLE
You will be counted on to review and revamp Agency Training Programme as well as conduct training modules to the Agency Sales Force. You will be working closely with the Head of Faculty in formulating training module and special projects

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience
• Experienced in conduct training to Sales Distribution Channel within Financial Services companies
• Experienced in Life Insurance will be an added advantage
• Has a good command of written and spoken in English and BM
